Giveaway: Vintage Letterhead Sample Packs

DSCF7565

I'm in the middle of a transition which requires me to create space in my home. Part of that process involves going through all my letter writing paraphernalia. And, wouldn't you know it? I have more than I require. A couple of years ago, when I had only temporary access to a color laser printer, I printed a bunch of refurbished vintage letterhead images onto half sheets of paper. Shortly thereafter, I lost them.

Today I found the stash.

Because I don't need so many copies, I'd like to give some away to you, dear readers. I have three packs of seven letterheads, printed on Southworth 25% cotton, linen finish paper, which I'll be giving away at random. There are two ways to enter this giveaway, first by commenting on this post with your favorite writing implement or favorite color ink, and second, by Tweeting "I'm entered in the vintage letterhead #giveaway at http://bit.ly/xdcOYg via @EverydayCorresp".

You may earn one entry per described entry method. So long as you live on the planet Earth, you are eligible to win. Entries must be received by 12:01 a.m. p.m. eastern time on Monday, March 12, 2012. I'll announce the winners in a post sometime on Monday afternoon. Winners will then have to contact me with their mailing address for delivery.

These are so cool!!! I love vintage pen/paper-related items (although they are often rather unaffordable..). My favorite writing implement would have to be my Waterman wet noodle flex! I'm still in awe that it writes so beautifully! Thank you for the great (and unique) giveaway!

Somehow "color" was changed to Colorado!

I'd love to be in with a chance. My favourite pen is actually a 50c fountain pen I picked up years ago at a newsagency clearance and my favourite ink is Noodler's Sequoia. Wish me luck.

Fav so far is my Kaweco Sport pens. I am torn between their Sepia and purple inks. Depends on the paper I am using.

Awesome! My favorite ink color tends to vary by season so right now I'm very much enjoying Herbin's Lierre Sauvage because of St. Patrick's Day! I'd have to say that my favorite writing instrument is not a fountain pen but the Zebra Sarasa gel pen, any size or color! Although fountain pen ink appears better than gel pen ink, and fountain pens are more attractive, I haven't yet found a fountain pen that was as comfortable to write with as a Sarasa.

My favorite ink is Sherwood Green from Private Reserve. I have a number pf fountain pens, but the ones I seem to prefer are Esterbrooks, perhaps because that was the first pen I ever owned.

Oh, these are so cool!

My favorite pen is a mottled steel grey Esterbrook with a fine stub and my ink du jour is Pigeon Blue from De Atramentis.

I have found so far I am only able to write with a simple gel ink pen from Scandinavian Designed company Kikki K - I get very frustrated writing with anything else! they are also very pretty & come it lots of designs!

Wow, those look great! Thanks for sharing! So far I've only had one real fountain pen, a Preppy with purple ink and I love it!! It ran out of ink and I'm on such a tight budget I can't buy more, but hopefully soon! It's torture writing with regular pens now. :-D

I love your letterhead collections mate! Do you have that in soft copy. Any chance you share your designs online? I am willing to pay anyway but great designs are priceless, I guess. Cheers!
